4. use the Licensed Products in any manner that is not expressly authorized herein;
5. permit third parties to use the Licensed Products in any way;
6. modify or adapt the Licensed Products or merge the Licensed Products into any product or another computer program;
7. transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, libelous or invasive of another's privacy in the use or our Licensed Products;
8. use the Licensed Products to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way;
9. use the Licensed Products to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted over the internet or sold in any other markets;
10. transmit any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law;
11. transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of our Corporation, LOVE LINE INC.;
12. transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam" "chain letter", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation using our Licensed Products;
13. transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or
14. use the Intellectual Property of LOVE LINE INC., in any data transfers.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

LOVE LINE INC., LOVE IS THE KEY brand, owns all intellectual property rights in the Licensed Products, related written materials, logos, names and other support materials furnished with the Licensed Products. No title to the intellectual property in the Licensed Products, the documentation, magnetic media or any other material provided therewith is transferable.

LOVE LINE INC., LOVE IS THE KEY brand is the owner of the trademarks "LOVE IS THE KEY, Logo and Jewelry Design" and "LOVE IS THE KEY'. All rights are reserved. All other names, trademarks and logos that appear in the Licensed Products are the property of LOVE LINE INC., LOVE IS THE KEY brand. You may not use any of these names, trademarks or logos without LOVE LINE INC. prior written permission.
